Wild Oats excursion?

Has anyone done the Wild Oats Champagne Boat trip in Ochos Rios? What is the James Bond Beach stop like? How did you like this excursion? Was the champagne limited to one glass? Was it difficult to sign up for due to the limited amoung of passengers on the boat. Does the captain allow passengers to "take the helm"?
Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
