Edge class select dining

We have recently booked our first sailing on an Edge class ship - 11 night New Zealand cruise on Edge departing Sydney 13 March 2024. 
We normally don’t reserve our times for Select Dining and have never had a long wait. We usually eat about 8pm. We would like to try all 4 main dining rooms on the Edge and wondered if it would be best to make reservations. Would also welcome opinions on the different dining rooms and if people have a particular favourite.

We always book and if you like 8pm then book this, we found 8pm being  a popular time.

 

We booked each restaurant every other night if you don't like one you can always change when you are on the cruise.
