Adding Cruises to the Ocean Medallion App

Recommended Posts

Are either of the cruises B2B?  Back to back cruises will run together and show as a single cruise. If not B2B the cruise should show up automatically once deposit is made. If it doesn’t you can email askoceanmedallion@carnival.com and ask for assistance.

Yes, it does sometimes take a few days for the App to update.

As @Shelly97060stated, if you have b2b’s involved, check the dates, it will show as one cruise on the same ship.
