HolsAddict Posted September 9, 2022 #1 Share Posted September 9, 2022 I cancelled an excursion the other day only minutes after booking it as my girlfriends and I couldn't all get on the same time.. I rebooked for the earlier slot and expected a refund back to my credit card. I see this morning they have refund it as a FCC! The T & C's clearly states I should receive a refund on the same method of payment. My cruise is on the 2nd October. Has anyone else experienced this.
