The travel summary is enough though. Just bring it, your ID, and any required covid docs and they will do everything at the port for you. Including giving you a medallion.

The above is a bit of an over-statement.  Not everyone can have a Medallion pre-cruise to bring with them, so it should be clear that the Medallion is not needed.  Yes, it's an identifier at check-in.  That said, you didn't technically need to have the old paper printout either (although it would have helped I suppose if someone was monitoring priority line versus other at the door).

 

It's probably useful to have a copy of the Travel Summary (either paper or electronic) with you.  It can be of use in place of a BP if needed.
