Another Cheers Question

 I understand there is a 15-drink limit on the Cheers package. My question is-

1- Is the 15-drink limit correct and does it apply to the package (People in cabin)) or is it per person on package (Cabin )

2- Also does the drink limit apply only to alcohol drinks only or does water. coffee, soda all counts towards 15 drinks total. 

Thanks in advance for your help. Never had the drink package before but just woulkd lke a clear understanding on how it should work.

Limit is per person, and only alcoholic drinks are subject to the limit.
