Sun Cabin 1002 - Too Windy?

Has anyone stayed in this room? We are a little apprehensive because of the wind. Can you sit on the balcony during sea days? Is the balcony big enough for 2 lounge chairs? Any info would be appreciated.:) We are sailing November 5th.

All4,

We have the same cabin the following week. (Nov 12) A friend here on CC sent me a pic of the balcony of the other BA up there 1202. I assume they are furnished the same. It has two regular chairs, two lounge chairs, and a small table. We have had side and aft balcony's and are going to try forward this time. Folks on these boards have said that if you are sitting, it's comfortable enough to read a book. We experienced wind and spray on the other balconys' too, maybe not to the same degree. There's a suite with a hot tub on deck in the next cabin over. If it good enough for them, it'll probably be good enough for me. I also like the idea of the forward view. The cabin and balcony are bigger than the other BA's too.

Our teens had this room and we had the Owner's Suite with the hottub next door. It is a bit windy when you are at sea, but we still used our hottub every day, and our teens enjoyed their balcony also. The view is awesome! We sailed on the Sun twice on two different Christmas cruises, and we were in the same category cabins, but on different sides of the ship(AB and BA). I would keep this cabin!
