Does anyone know where I can get an actual response? I’ve sent emails and phoned without getting my issues resolved because no one answers emails!

Try loyalty.  Seems to be the only mail box that receives constant attention.

Also, the phones are often answered by a very polite yet slightly useless lady in post cruise. Anything not straight forward she either hangs up or transfers the call.
