Just got email from HAL saying if fully vaccinated testing not required and ArriveCan is gone too. Their website still recommends using Verifly for easier checkin but can't complete it without submitting test result. Anyone got any ideas? We're on Nieuw Statendam Oct 8th Quebec to Miami.

Verifly is not required and it is unknown if anyone will be able to use it for this cruise.

This has been discussed on the roll call --

stop by and say hello

We are on the Noordam now. Had to complete ArriveCAN today for Prince Rupert's visit on September 30th.  Guest services is not sure about Vancouver on October 2nd. They first said we didn't need it for Prince Rupert, however that changed and we received our forms for ArriveCAN yesterday.

Same problem for us with VeriFly still showing test required for Oct 8 embarkation out of Vancouver. We added our cruise to VeriFLY on 9/24 and uploaded vaccine card photos the same day.

On 9/27 we received an email from Holland America with the newly revised Covid protocol stating no Covid test is required for fully vaccinated guests on our cruise.

Today, VeriFLY shows Proof of Vaccine as "Completed" but also shows "Submit Negative Covid-19 test results" as "Required". I will probably wait to see if VeriFLY changes on its own to drop the test requirement. If not I will delete the trip in VeriFly and start over by adding the booking number again.

Hi, neighbor @MarinersBaseballFan (I'm in Everett).  Many folks have posted that the only way to get around the Verifly glitch regarding the "negative test required" issue is to just delete the app completely and reinstall it, then re-enter cruise info.  Some folks have had luck doing this, others say they still can't get it to work.  But won't cost you anything to try it.
