Bermuda restrictions

Bermuda requires we send them pictures of our Covid vaccines along with a filled out form and then they will send approval up to two days before we sail. I will be in Boston on the 12th and won't have access to a computer. So Celebrity told me to call Bermuda on the 8th and have them send it then if they haven't done so already. If not I won't be able to board the ship and won't get my money back and I am 83 years of age. Isn't there something wrong with this especially since I filled out all the forms and will have copies of all 5 vaccines taken.
