Stateroom Liquor Question???

Do I understand this correctly--there is no way to order liquor on RCCL except by the drink from room service or from the bars? We have previously cruised on Princess and you could order liquor by the bottle for consumption in your stateroom. Is Royal Caribbean not ASKING for passengers to break the rules and smuggle their own liquor onboard????? For us, it's an issue of convenience rather than cost--don't want to have to order a drink from room service or schlepp to the bar every time we would like a pre-dinner cocktail!!!

The only way to have a bottle in the room is to smuggle it in. Otherwise it is room service or getting your own from the bar.
