Easiest way to stop for drinks between Long Beach airport and Carnival terminal?

We are flying into LGB from northern California, so our plane lands around 9am and we will board the ship that afternoon. We wanted to stop somewhere to pick up sodas/drinks for the ship before going to the cruise terminal - Target, grocery store, liquor store, etc. What is the best/easiest/cheapest way to do this? There are four of us - we can send luggage in one Lyft/Uber/taxi with 2 and the other 2 go to the store, or we can all go and just take a Lyft to the store then another Lyft to the terminal if needed.

I would send two with luggage to the port and have two take an Uber/Lyft to a grocery store. Then take another Uber/Lyft to the port after you’re done shopping.

There is a Ralph’s about 2.5 miles south of LGB.

There is a Von's (Safeway) at 600 E Broadway, Long Beach, CA 90802, which is Downtown Long Beach, 5 minutes from the cruise terminal. Send one Uber with the luggage to the cruise terminal, another to the store.
