RoePost Posted October 15, 2022 #1 Share Posted October 15, 2022 Hi cruisers. I have completed my check in (I thought). Sailing on November 20 on Horizon. I even printed my luggage tags. We are leaving on 12/17 and our check in is 16 days prior to that...once the date referenced arrives you are able to actually make your check in appointment online (you will choose a time to arrive on embarkation day) and then can print boarding pass...Your check in date should be listed and it will be 16 or 14 days prior to embarkation day... The To Do list in your Cruise Planner will show what day your check-in begins. Cruise on Nov. 20 will have check-in on Nov. 6; 11/4 for Platinum/Diamond/Suites. 12:01am eastern time. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The app gives me a date 14 days prior, but also has been saying "Check in will be available within 90 days of sail date" for some time now.
