Ft Lauderdale to Charlotte - 1 1/4 hr + 4 hr layover 

Charlotte to LA - 5 hr

LA to Honolulu 6 ht

Overnight

Honolulu to Molokai - 25 minutes

 

Total time to Hawaii - 17 hrs (the price of paradise)

It's 7pm and I am sitting on my lanai listening to the waves break on the beach. It's 78 with a gentle breeze.

 

We flew over Maunaloa last night. We were 150 miles away and we could see the eruption.

Mahalo....great information and picture! I was curious where you did layover and transfers ...our journey was a little easier ....3 hours to the west coast of Florida!
