Chef's Table or Winemakers on Short Cruises?

I'm headed out on the Sapphire for a 4 day cruise and am wondering if anyone knows whether or not they do a Chef's Table or Winemaker's Dinner on these little jaunts? Thanks in advance!

Winemaker’s Dinner is only available on Royal-class ships in their Wine Cellar located in the midship dining rooms.
