Hvnfuninmn33 Posted October 18, 2022 #1 Share Posted October 18, 2022 So excited to be cruising again! We are doing a 4-day Bahamas out of Fort Lauderdale in January 2023. We have 7 of us coming from Minnesota so, of course, anything above 20 degrees would be considered warm. The question is what should we expect for temps at Coco Cay (and Nassau) and are the pools heated at Coco Cay? How about actual water temp? I'm guessing that we'll take a dip no matter the weather just not sure what to expect (we are all 55+ in age). Also, cabanas - worth the $$ or just find chairs near the place we plan on spending most of our time while at Coco Cay? We will be the only ship in on 1/27/23 (Liberty of the Seas) so it shouldn't be crazy crowded....... 90 days & counting!!!!
Lets Go Cruise Posted October 21, 2022 #2 Share Posted October 21, 2022 From my experience, the temp can be a little on the cooler side. Those from northern states may find it wonderful. I am from a southern state so I would bring a light, long sleeve shirt with me.
