Great Bay umbrella/chair rental

We have cruised to the port about 10 or 12 times and just enjoy relaxing on the beach of Great Bay.  Every time we say "I wish we had rented chair/umbrella "there" you got free rental with bucket of beer or free rental with lunch.  Then we forget where "there" is the next time.  Just want some experiences and opinions on best  "there".

There are multiple chair & umbrella rental places and all are not created equally.  The lounges and umbrellas at some spaces are much nicer than others.  Many reps from the chair rental places hang out near the water taxi drop off and try to get the new folks as they come off the taxi.  My advice is to walk around a bit and see the set up & location you like then negotiate with the location.  Some of the locations are affiliated with a restaurant and will serve food/drinks while you are on the beach.  Also make sure that the place you are renting from has access to a bathroom that you can use. If drinks are included in the rental make sure you know exactly how many and if they are alcoholic or non-alcoholic.
