Is hot water available for tea or other drinks?

I have stayed in Family Harbor on all 3 Vista class ships and they all had hot water. My kids loved getting hot chocolate. I don't remember if it came out of a machine or if they had packets where you make your own but for sure hot water was available.

Apparently, on the Vista, at times, this may be the only hot water available on the ship! 😈
