How to link existing reservations for sail with friends bonus

Booked the December 18-22 sailing on the Scarlet Lady (referral link: https://virg.in/oCzZ) and would like to link my reservation with a friend who has also already booked in order to get the $50 bonus loot. The only problem is I can't figure out where to enter their booking info; do I need to call and have Virgin do it?

Yes, call Sailor Services and ask them to link to your friend, you will need to give them the friends name on the booking and the booking reference and they will link them for you.

The easiest way is to call VV Sailor Services.  If either of you used a TA (First Mate), they can do it for you as well.  You'll need the name of the primary sailor in the cabin and the booking reference number.  A hint--after you board and see your loot on the app, you may want to remove them as friends.  If you continue to be linked, they can make and cancel reservations for you while on board.  We didn't want anyone outside of our cabin messing with our reservations!
