Rare cruisin73 Posted March 6, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 6, 2006 ok new to this one. Where do you get these the bank? How does this work pay cash or whatever and they give you the card containing that amount?
megr1125 Posted March 6, 2006 #2 Share Posted March 6, 2006 yes but you have to know exactly how much is on it. for example, you put 200 on the card when you get it....your purchase is 250. it will be declined unless the merchant enters 200 as the amount of the charge then you pay the rest some other way. i'm in retail....i have to call the issuer of these cards at least twice a day because people have no clue what the balance is on these things. AFT_LOVER Posted March 6, 2006 #5 Share Posted March 6, 2006 is my ATM card from my bank & can also be used for cash purchases, which I never use. It can also be a credit card for charges to pay in full on billing date. I used AMEX, then VISA as my 2 credit cards. Have them with my license in my pocket so nothing to steal like a purse. They are paid off on their billing date. AMEX DL SM so we fly to Hawaii every February fro free & RCCL VISA for free cruise bucks. I use the credit cards with their safety and love the freebies also.
