Koningsdam main dining room reservations for any time dining for dinner

Previously I had to call every evening to make "any time" dining reservations for dinner.  Could any one tell me if I can use the Navigator app on my phone or do I need to call a specified number on the phone from our room?

You do not have to call, but as a travel agent that has traveled on HAL. I suggest that you do, so they are ready for you when you arrive?

Once onboard you can reserve a specific day/time - either in person or on the Navigator or by calling. For a few months earlier this year, one could reserve online pre-cruise, but that has been discontinued.
