Cunard coach from Victoria

We have the Cunard coach service to Southampton on December 15.  We have been told to show up no earlier than 10 a.m. but no later than 11:30 a.m. as coaches will start leaving at 11:30.  Has anyone had experience with this?  When did you arrive at the coach station?

It’s been quite a few years, but I think the reason they tell you not to arrive too early is that there are coaches for other cruise lines also, and there is limited seating in the area.  EM

I have never usesd the Cunard Coach Service to Southampton (I've had to book my own coach this time however due to the rail strikes taking place).

That being said, as someone who lives in London, it can be very busy around Victoria, especially during the morning rush hour. Perhaps its to avoid crowding during these busy times?

WE use Cunard's coach transfer service to and from the port...although we are in the north of England....Although our coach picks us up at a hotel, so probably not relevant as you are in London .
