O Website - My Account: Notifications

When checking on some our our bookings today, noticed a Notifications symbol where you sign in.  If you click directly on the symbol, it brings you to a landing home page with the Notifications tab (see screen shot below).  When you click on Notifications, there is a blank page.  Presume O is doing some updates and perhaps this is where changes or reminders may be identified for personal booked cruises or upcoming offers? Haven't signed into My Account recently so perhaps the symbol been there for awhile and just never noticed?image.thumb.png.06dda3d905f51ce0f0a7fb7addac8c45.png

On my US O account homepage for any particular booked cruise there is (in the upper right corner) just the “bell symbol” with a number badge for as many messages as have been sent to me regarding that cruise.

It doesn’t look at all like your screen shot.

FWIW: I’m using the latest Safari iOS browser on an iPhone running iOS 15.7

Note that these messages are the same messages as those you receive by email regarding your cruise.

Have never received any Notifications and if the "bell symbol" was there, never noticed! Always receive any changes/updates on our many cruises from our TA. Primarily use our Mac desktop which is older but up to date. iPhone is IOS 16.1.2 but never use for signing into our O bookings (but will give it a try). Thanks.

You need to have registered the cruise and then selected manage that cruise. If you’ve gotten any emails about that cruise from O directly or via your TA, the same message should be repeated in your O web account “notifications” for that cruise.
