Booking excursions for multiple people

I'm trying to book excursions for my family.  We are 5 people, in 3 different cabins. When I try to reserve spots, my husband and I are available to choose and add to cart, but when I try and add other guests (It says I can add up to 14), I fill out,  name, birthday and reservation number as requested, I then get a screen saying this account is already linked but it doesn't appear anywhere to add it to the reservation.  Is this a me thing? Have I done something wrong? or should I just give up and get the others to log in and book themselves into the excursion?

Just a thought, unless you have a lot of OBC to use, have you looked at doing private excursions. There are lots of companies doing these, our personal choice is Toursbylocals, which gives you the opportunity to tailor a tour to your exact requirements. With TBL you deal direct with the guide, pay via TBL in Canada, get a full refund if the ship doesn't dock and TBL will pay to get you to the next port if you miss the ship.

A  great suggestion. We are doing some private excursions also, but trying to use the OBC - we have enough for a couple of excursions.  I'll make a note of Toursbylocals, it sounds great.

I see you are Canadian and so is TBL. You will see they a free phone number. We have used TBL in Asia, South America, USA, Europe never had a bad guide. Also you can tailor everything for example we drop shopping and lunches and add coffee and cake breaks. Even during a tour if you need an extra stop or see something you like you can usual fit it in.
