mackfam Posted December 15, 2022 #1 Share Posted December 15, 2022 Yesterday the single supplement was around 20%, today it’s 100% for a YIN. What attracted me to doing a group cruise on MSC where we have two people needing single occupancy cabins was the low single supplement but it seems like that is not the case now. Any more experienced solo travelers know if this is likely to change?
JT1962 Posted December 15, 2022 #2 Share Posted December 15, 2022 I think there may be limited sailings and / or a limited number of low solo supplement deals allowed per sailing. You also have to choose the specific link from their website to see some of the solo deals rather than the main page with the current Holiday promotion. Try this link: https://www.msccruisesusa.com/cruise-deals/solo-traveler
mackfam Posted December 15, 2022 Author #3 Share Posted December 15, 2022 Thanks, I had seen that link before but didn’t read all the conditions which said only for cruises up to May 31st 2023. I was looking at two cruises on either side of that deadline which explains the big price jump today for the June cruise.
