Labadee cabanas

I'm trying to confirm my thought.. The below cabana isn't one that is just set in the sand on the beach and it's one that's built into the rocks with direct water access, right? The "Beach cabana" piece is throwing me off. It's one that's built into the rocks with direct water access, most of them are on the right side as you look south from the beach. They are not actually over the water except a part of the deck with a ladder that you climb to get in or out of the water.

Coco Cay has true over the water ones that you take a pier to get to one.
