Sea Trek Helmet Dive - Chakaanaab

Anybody done this before? Did you enjoy it and was it worth the money? Cost around $50 thru the park plust taxi end entrance fee but thru the ship it's about $85 a person (includes entrance fee and transportation.

 

Just had back surgery (4 wks) and wondering about the ocean floor and how strenuos this might be.

no strain at all, hardest part was climbing in and out on the ladder.
