Puerto Plata Port? Amber Cove or Taino Bay?

Which one does the Wonder go to?

Taino is having major shoaling issues.  I dont see a big ship getting in there.

Same here, although it's not impossible for lines to allow others to "borrow" its ports.  

Years ago Royal was allowing Carnival ships to visit CocoCay...not many, just a few.  

I've been on a large Royal ship that visited Grand Turk, an (excellent) Carnival-built port....but that WAS on a full-boat charter.

I asked question on other forum and the answer I got was Taino Bay.  Have no idea if this is correct but that's what I'm going with.  It's a new terminal.

Taino Bay is the main one for RCL now.   I believe it may only hold 2 ships however so if they scheduled more for that day (which is rare) It may be something different.
