Rare GaryWT Posted January 5, 2023 #1 Share Posted January 5, 2023 Hi, in the process of booking 4 balcony cabins and wondering if Royal will open the gates between the balconies. On a recent NCL trip they refused to open up the balconies. We can book 2 sets on connecting rooms but wondering if we might be able to book 4 rooms in a row. Thanks. Rare dna1990 Posted January 5, 2023 #2 Share Posted January 5, 2023 Possible. But ship dependent, weather dependent, steward dependent, etc. A presidential pardon is a good suggestion when first boarding to help push the issue. Meaning - setup a meeting with your steward and Andrew Jackson, Grant, or even Franklin....grin. And even with 4 in a row, every once in a while, there is a solid metal piece of the ship that could prevent one divider from being retractable. Anton Posted January 5, 2023 #3 Share Posted January 5, 2023 Be aware that the first generation of the Voyager class ships (Voyager, Explorer, Adventure) have no hinged separators between balconies, they are steel walled on both sides.
