We are with our 3 adult children and one 13 year old in Fll on the 24th for dates to leave being 2 on the 25, 2 on the 26 and us on the 27th. We now are looking for a hotel or resort that would accomadate us in a suite or something--nice resort and willing to pay a bit more but my Cnd. heart would stop at over 500 US or so. Any suggestions. We really don't plan to cook or anything like it--hanging out at the beach or walking the boardwalks would probably be our style. Any help would be appreciated.

My family, DW and 2 children have stayed at the lago Mar.

They have a two bedroom suite that is very nice. The two bedrooms are one king and the second bedroom has two singles. The "living room" has a pull out sofa bed.

Online http://www.lagomar.com we could not get it for one night, but I called the hotel and no problem. I would stay there again in a minute.

Downside, it is in a residential area. Condos I think, and you would need to take a taxi or rent a car to get around. But, it is on the beach and one of the more better priced resorts on the beach.
