Celebrating birthday onboard? “One to remember“

I recently called VV to get assistance on booking dining reservation when the app was having issues. While on the phone the agent asked if I was celebrating anything and I am having a birthday during the cruise. She said she was making a note and then she said she would add “One to remember “ to it. The way she said it was like it was a special thing they can do. I asked her what that meant and she said be prepared to ask for anything I want like a special wine or something but was rather vague about it. Does anyone know if they do anything for birthdays and what “One to remember “ is?

It basically means they noted it on the reservation.  Whether or not that carries over to the ship seems to vary.  You MIGHT get a complimentary glass of wine, a "Happy Birthday piped onto a desert, or no mention at all.  Don't count on anything as it might not happen at all.
