What's Up with Deck 8?

Am sailing Jewel of the Seas on 26 Nov. '06, it seems that Deck 8 is not available except for E-1, called RCCL, they would not tell me why these rooms aren't available....does anyone know why this is? :confused:

It Could be that a group, or a large travel agency is holding the rooms for discounted rates......

Or it could be that it's a popular deck. Economical cabins between to other decks of cabins. On Radiance class ships I prefer to be on either deck 8 or 9 since there is no common (public) area's either above or below me.

What's the dealio with Deck 7 for that matter?

We are booked on the Bump Out section of Deck 7, we were just curious about why almost the entire 8th Deck was not available including inside and e-2 cabins....noticed a couple of e-1 available.:)
