cjh Posted March 8, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 8, 2006 I had booked a room using value trip, when I arrived they didn't have my reservation but the girl at the desk called value trip and they fixed it within 5 minutes. When I booked I was told by vlaue trip that they didn't have a wheelchair accessible room with more then one bed but when I asked if an accessible room was available (I have 2 daughters in wheelchairs) I was given one that had a double bed and sofa bed. The room was clean and looked as if it has just been updated. I was a little afraid since there has been a lot of bad reports but it was great and I would stay there again.
