MCO to Port Canaveral transportation options

Hi All, I know this has been asked, but my search brings back piles of results that don't really answer my question - 

 

What is the earliest time the CCL shuttle leave MCO and head to the port on the morning of the cruise?  Are they just flipping the incoming shuttles from the ship to head back to the cape?  Trying to plan my night before the cruise, if I want to rent, drive and stay near the port, or crash at the airport and head over first thing.

I'm using Cocoa Beach shuttle to get from MCO to hotel near the port . I know if you call them they will tell you the earliest time they leave . On the return back to the airport I was told they have an 7:30 , 8:00 & 8:30 am . Its $65 for 2 to the hotel & $ 67 for the return for 2 people .

 I have used them 2 times already . Never had any issues . Always nice friendly service
