Group Party (Meet 'N Greet)- During Cruise

I'm wondering if anyone can tell me who I should contact to set something up. When we were on a Transatlantic back in 2011 one of the CruiseCritic Members setup a Meet N Greet. We paid X amount of money for an hour or two in a room where we had snack food and drinks provided. We did this once just as a group and then another time officers came in too.

 

Does anyone know who would be best to contact (with Carnival) to do this again? We all paid the one cruiser the $ and I believe it was then all on his Sail and Sign card.  Any thoughts or recommendations please let me know. Thanks in advance!
