Dress Code MDR

B2B on Celebration ending last week, both weeks on elegant night they had around six or eight Guys Pig & Anchor staff seating the guests in jeans, sloppy Guys Pig & Anchor t-shirts, some with aprons, some with what looked more like a tool pouch.   They were all greeting guests alongside nicely uniformed dining room staff.  It gave the impression that they really don't care about appearances at all.

I asked the hostess why they would do that on elegant night.   She said it is the busiest night so they need more staff.  I get the need for more staff, but they should still dress nicely. Shy seemed insulted and just said that is the uniform for Guys staff.  So apparently they aren't allowed to dress nicely in the dining room.
