Advise on Viking visa service

Hi, This is Maggie.

I will be traveling solo on the 121 day Viking cruise from L.A to London 2024.

I am going to use the Viking visa service.  I will be coming back from Africa the end of Sept 2023.

I have been advised by my travel agent that I need at least 7 blank pages in my passport and 4 extra passport photos for the world cruise.

I have also been told that because I am going through a travel agent Viking d

oes not want me to call them with questions.

Has anyone else had this experience?  Also do we send our passport into Viking for the visa service and if so how long do they keep it.

I will only have 3 months between trips.  I could really use some advice and I would like to call Viking directly but when I did that the last time  Viking

Rep called the travel agent and told them I should not call them.  Any advice.  My agent is very busy so I feel a bother calling her with questions.

Viking uses a company called GenVisa in Washington DC.  We called GenVisa with our questions and they were very helpful.  We traveled internationally in early November and worked with them to process our visas before boarding our WC in Jan.  GenVisa was very easy to work with
