Aruba Beaches - Recommendation for Mother Daughter trip

Hi all, I will be traveling with my daughter in March on Explorer of the Seas. We are looking for a beach to spend the day. I’ve seen a lot of information and cannot seem to determine the better option between Eagle or Palm Beach, or if any other option is out there. Looking for safe area, with non-rocky beach, umbrella and lounge chairs, food and drinks. We would likely just grab a cab from the ship. If anyone has done a Royal Carib tour that takes you to a non-rocky beach which is not severely over crowded, please let me know.

Thank you so much for your responses, which will be extremely helpful.

Eagle is a bit closer to the port and a bit quieter.   You can get chairs there and there are some beach bars (we like the one across from Amsterdam Manor).   Palm seems more crowded but more bars available.  The high rise hotels are located on that beach.   Neither beach is rocky but do have a drop when getting in and out of the water
