I sent an email to LessPay 2 days ago. Should I be concerned that I have not heard back?

Here is the text. If anyone knows any of teh answers to these questions, I would greatly appreciate it.

 

Hola,

I will be coming to Cozumel aboard the Royal Caribbean, Jewel of the Seas, which should arrive at 10AM on April 4th. I am interested in renting a car for the day.

I’m guessing that with tendering in, I should be at the Pier around 11:30-12 noon.

Are you walking distance from where the tenders dock?

How far away are you?

I have read that if I take a taxi, that your company reimburses the fare. Is that true?

If I reserve the car over the internet, how much time would I be saving?

Do you give a ride back to the pier after I return the car?

How long does it usually take to return a car?

The ship is supposed to leave at 7PM. I’m guessing I need to be back at the pier by 6PM. When would you need the car back to make sure I get back to the pier on time?

Sorry about all the questions. Just trying to be prepared.
