What can you order "off menu" /Enchantment

I was just reading over on the Carnival boards that you can actually order a fillet mignon any night even if it not on the menu.

 

What can you order "off menu" on the Enchantment?

Anything you are willing to pay for.

Available every night at dinner is a caesar salad, baked potato, some kind of pasta dish, steak, chicken, and salmon.

 

You can also request anything that is ever served throughout the week although no guarantee they can get it. One of my tablemates had shrimp cocktail almost every night, the table next to us had escargot almost every night. If you want something, ask and they'll try to get it for you if at all possible.

Early in the week there was an assorted smoked fish plate appetizer....we wanted it later that week. The waiter was honest and said it was frozen but he would be happy to serve it to us the following night - which he did.

 

It seems that they try to work with you as best they can--IMHO.

When you are courteous and friendly toward tour waiter and the head waiter...

 

We had shrimp cocktail every night, special ordered off-menu dessert for our entire table...of course extra entrees if desired...

 

They really bend over backwards to make you happy...

is it also true that you can request a specific kind of steak eg filet mignon?

 

(I realize it is a request, not an entitlement.)
