boop3 Posted March 10, 2006 #4 Share Posted March 10, 2006 My last 2 cruises I brought a hand held steamer. No one gave me any trouble about it. It did a good job. I had ironed stuff before I left then hung everything up right away. Then just steamed the wrinkles out.

redzz7062 Posted March 11, 2006 #6 Share Posted March 11, 2006 Walmart sells really nice travel irons. I ironed my husbands shirts on the desk in our cabin. It worked out fine. Also the downy wrinkly releaser was helpful too. I ironed stuff and then packed in a garment bag which cut down on a lot of wrinkles too. Enjoy your cruise. calmac Posted March 11, 2006 #8 Share Posted March 11, 2006 The biggest hazard on board any ship is a fire. The reason for irons not being allowed in cabins is that they are a fire hazard.
