Beach chair/umbrella rental on Eagle Beach - where?

I am driving myself crazy trying to plan our day in Aruba - help! First time there since my honeymoon many years ago. 

 

Would love an all-inclusive, but RIU reviews on this board are not wonderful, and I hear Barcelo chairs are gone by 9 a.m. I have been emailing hotels, not many offer day passes. Casa Del Mar has a nice offer but you need to sit through their half-hour timeshare pitch (anyone done that?).

 

I know you can rent chairs and umbrellas at Amsterdam Manor, is that where most folks go? Are there huts up and down the beach where we can rent chairs and umbrellas?
