Regal Princess Club Dining; what’s up with this painting?

Currently sailing on the Regal Princess (Mar 12 sailing) and this painting has my wife and I puzzled.  What is a happening?  Why is it a huge fresco in the dining area?  2 nights in a row we’ve asked our servers and they laugh and don’t know. 
 

The guy on the left is also taking something from his pocket, even more mystery!

 

Aside from that the Sapphire dining room and club dining is AMAZING!  We don’t even plan on doing any of the specialty restaurants, it’s a dream in club dining.

 

Rodrigo is an amazing server!  As is his assistant, Chetan!  We have requested both each night after meeting them at breakfast and lunch, very friendly and sociable!
