Biking in Provence France

Has anyone done this excursion?  Am wondering how strenuous it is.  My daughter is a novice rider and I have been told there is alot of uphill riding..

If you have a gym that has the Lifecyle bikes with the Tour de France routes, do the Provence tour.  Not a flat stretch, but will give you an idea of steepness.
