kilili Posted March 22, 2023 #1 Share Posted March 22, 2023 Hi all, I am considering purchasing the DoDublin HOHO tour for cruise ship passengers that includes a DART return ticket. A few questions: 1) Am I correct in understanding that a DART return ticket means what in the US is called a Round Trip Ticket? 2) The tour states the following: "Your ticket also covers your return trip from Pearse Street Rail Station back to Dún Laoghaire when you have finished visiting the City. " I am wondering how the DART works. In some major cities the price of the metro, subway, tram, etc. is a fixed price within a zone. Does the DART work in a similar way? I am wondering if I can return from the Tara St. Station with the ticket they will give me as part of this tour. 3) Can the O'Connell or Rosie Hackett Bridges be crossed on foot? Thanks in advance,
gumshoe958 Posted March 22, 2023 #2 Share Posted March 22, 2023 (edited) Yes to 1) and 3). Don’t know for 2), sorry. But if necessary Tara Street to Pearse is only a 5 minute walk. Edited March 22, 2023 by gumshoe958
Rare VMax1700 Posted March 23, 2023 #3 Share Posted March 23, 2023 All Dart stations are within a single zone, so you can return from whichever station suits you best.
