How do delays work?

Our sailing  for today on the Panorama has been delayed by three hours. Does anyone have experience with similar delays? How does it work? Do they simply push back the dinners and the shows? Do they still have the buffet open when you get on? Will they still have a sail away party? Can I still get my funfetti cheesecake lol?  I’m anticipating long lines and a stressful situation.

But seriously, don't stress. Roll with it. Everyone who travels knows that stuff happens that is no one's fault and that you can't do anything about. I am on the Panorama right now, but on my last cruise, my inbound flight was delayed so much that I had to spend the night at the airport. I didn't let it ruin the rest of my trip. Now it's just an interesting story. 😊

Nope, but most of the people who followed Carnival's recommendation not to book a flight before 1 will be just fine.

Not true. I followed their guidelines and still had to change my flight.  3 hours is a huge difference

Not many really do follow those recommendations.😅

We had a 130 flight out of LAX.   We might have barely made it now. We changed.

Smart thinking on your part.👍

We had 55 mph headwinds as we left Baja. An interesting thing when I added our flight to our reservation, the ship gave us early bag tags to get of quickly. Very nice of them
