Unexpected free cruise

we have received a lot of “free” and $100 offers lately but they were pretty slim, at least out of Galveston.  We did find two that would work, though 🤩

I was not limited, could be any cruise up to 8 days long. I had slim pickings because I have an upcoming 9 day and a Vegas trip already booked so very limited vacation time left for this cruise. It had to be during Labor Day holiday because only have 4 vacation days left to use. Luckily the 6 day on the Celebration worked out. Im pretty sad I couldn't take better advantage of the offer.

My winter neighbor and her daughter just got back from a Holland America 7 day “free inside” offer from a casino in Wendover. Idk which one tho. It was the 1st cruise for both of them so I had lots of fun conversations with them for weeks. Lol

Since Princess is owned by CCL, that’s not surprising.  My neighbor receives offers for free or $100 rooms on Princess all the time.  He was surprised because he has only sailed them one time since restart, but that was all it took to trigger it. As a matter of fact, he is off sailing the high seas as we speak!  Lucky dog.
