anyone going on qm2 in july?

i'm doing thev julyu 14th one overnighting in germany. looking forward tio it my 12nd qm2 trip i have a hull balcony

You should check the ROLL CALLS section for others going on your cruise. If there is not one for your cruise, start one.

I have been on QM2 last year. It was great and I am actually looking to go again this year in July 2006. I need to find someone to go with since I don't want to pay for two people.

Yes, I'm going, along with my husband, daughter and son in law, who are kindly taking us. We can't wait.

I think you'll have a great time and if you actually do a Westbound trip (i.e. to New York) you get an extra hour each day (clocks go one hour back each night).

 

I don't recommand a balcony unless you get a good deal. It actually takes up room and makes the actual cabin smaller. It is very windy on trans-atlantic trips and when I went last year (I did 2 sailings on QM2) people were not using their balconies.

shame i did not know you were looking for a mate before, as i'm single its so expensive. yes am in a hull type balcony as the cheapest balconies which i was upgraded to before was a terrible obstructed view. never done a transatlantic on cunard though ,maybe one day. if anyone is on the qm2 on april 15th which i'm still not sure if she going from the brooklyn pier or not. i'm just doing a short cruise from soton-hamburg and back.

i'm lvg new yk onb 15th apr on noordam across to rome.
