Can you still book a cruise on HAL

When I called, I held for a few seconds, then it rang again, and I could press 1 for a new cruise or 2 for an existing booking. Sometimes I press 1, thinking that they might respond faster to a new booking, even if that's not the case. But it's always a toss-up.
