Better nights in Porofino's & Chops??

Was just wondering, how hard is it to get reservations @ the specialty restaurants? We should be able to board early, since we are arriving the night before. Any suggestions on which nights are better in those restaurants? Keeping in mind I don't want to miss lobster night in the regular dining room. Are those menus made available in advance???

I can't help you with Serenade but before we cruise we find out which night is Caribbean night in the dining room and that is the one we go to Portofinos/Chops. We make the reservations after boarding on embarkation day.

When you go to the restaurants to make reservations they will be able to tell you what night is italian, etc. in the dining room...
